District 4 spans from the southern tip of Sandy and extends into the southern reaches of Midvale. It’s bounded by Sandy’s western perimeter and stretches eastward to 700 E. This district encompasses neighborhoods such as The Cairns and Historic Sandy, as well as the western fringes of Dimple Dell Regional Park.
